1 New Feature

Comment Analysis Agent - Suggested Topics

Comment Analysis Agent now helps administrators move from discovery to action faster. Suggested Topics surfaces newly discovered themes by frequency and makes it easier to convert the most relevant themes into tracked Topics.

  • Prioritized discovery: Suggested topics appear ordered by frequency, so admins can focus first on themes with the strongest comment signal.

  • Direct validation: Comment counts show the frequency of detection from individual survey responses behind each suggestion, giving admins context before accepting a topic.

  • Faster topic setup: Accepted suggestions can be easily added to your list of Topics with a single click.


4 Feature Improvements

Gaige Chat

Gaige Chat continues to become easier to manage and stronger for comment-heavy analysis, giving users more control over their workspace and broader context for feedback exploration.

  • Conversation Deletion: Users can now delete a conversation from the chat list action menu, keeping their sidebar cleaner while preserving the usage reporting needed for operational tracking and pricing analysis.

  • Responses with Comments: Gaige Chat is now able to filter by only responses that left a comment when retrieving individual responses.
  • Larger Comment Retrieval: Gaige Chat can now retrieve up to 500 comments at a time, giving users broader context for questions regarding individual comments.
  • Localization
  • Translation for Webhook Failure Email Alert: Webhook Failure email alerts are now translated into the User’s system language, making alert content clearer for multilingual teams.


3 Feature Fixes

Gaige Chat

This release resolves several Gaige Chat issues related to formatting, copied output, tool selection, and answer reliability after the recent model upgrade.

  • Solved an issue where the Gaige Chat Copy button included raw HTML in copied text.

  • Solved an issue where Gaige Chat responses did not properly follow specified formatting in the platform.

  • Solved an issue where Gaige Chat could return incomplete response searches or regenerate reports with imprecise NPS numbers after memory compression.
