Our Gaige AI Chat Analytics Agent Just Got Smarter
With our latest release in conversational analytics, Gaige Chat now has access to an expanded ecosystem of data sources and reporting capabilities - empowering users to uncover insights faster than ever before.
You can now ask Gaige Chat questions related to:
Loyalty & Monetization ($) Analytics
Campaign Statistics and Data transport reporting
Additional Survey Questions analysis
…and receive instant, intelligent, and actionable answers in seconds.
This powerful enhancement transforms the way teams interact with data by bringing advanced business intelligence directly into the conversation. Instead of manually navigating dashboards or spending time digging through reports, users can simply ask questions naturally and let Gaige Chat do the heavy lifting.
Whether you're monitoring performance, analyzing operational trends, or exploring critical metrics, Gaige Chat now delivers richer context, deeper visibility, and faster decision-making, all through a seamless conversational experience.
Automatically available for all customers who have Active AI credits. And to help you get started here are a couple of example prompts:
Give me an overview of my top 10 risk accounts by revenue for the year 2026. Include a table view with Revenue and NPS. Include key insights. Use responses for 2026 and revenue year 2025. Use sent date for the analysis.
Show me the health of accounts for Account Manager [Name] for surveys sent during 2025 (1 Jan to 31 Dec). Use survey sent date for the analysis. Use revenue year 2025.
Show me the Responses Data grouped by country for [Region] in 2025. Include Total delivered, Total responses, Unique Respondents, Unique Accounts, and Response Quality Index. Use sent date for the analysis.
How many 10s did we get in 2025, grouped by country? Use survey completed date for the analysis.
9 Feature Improvements
Gaige Chat
In addition to Gaige Chat being able to report on much more, Gaige itself has also become easier to use in everyday analysis workflows.
Resizable Chat Sidebar and Chat Title Tooltips: Users can now resize the Gaige Chat sidebar and keep that preference between visits. This can be particularly helpful in cases where Chats may have been renamed to have a longer name, as Users can now more easily see the full name without it getting cut off. Chat rows also include tooltips with the full chat title, created date, and last message date.
Improved Guardrail Resilience: We investigated and addressed guardrail throttling behavior to reduce the chance of valid Gaige Chat interactions being interrupted by guardrails-related errors.
Default Ordering Gaige Chat answer: Gaige Chat reporting tools now apply default ordering that better matches the related reporting experience, such as newest dates first, highest response counts first, or highest revenue first depending on the analysis.
Reporting
Reporting experiences are now easier to control and scan, with clearer widget settings and more consistent labels across the platform.
Display Controls in the Comments Widget: Users can now toggle translation, profanity display, and applied filters directly from the Comments widget actions menu, making the widget easier to adjust without leaving the reporting context.
Show Filters on Demand: All relevant reporting widgets now have the ability for users viewing reports to display the Applied Filters. This helps users understand exactly what data they are looking at.
Updated Labels: Several labels have been refined across the application, including Survey Response Rate, Reports, Revenue, Monetize, and Ignore Data Access Restrictions, creating clearer and more consistent language for users.
Exports
Ordered Export Mapping Fields: Export Mapping fields are now displayed in a more predictable order, with general fields sorted alphabetically and driver fields aligned to the Drivers Editor order.
Survey and Campaign Workflows
Survey and campaign workflows are now more transparent and better protected against actions that cannot be completed successfully.
Campaign Schedule Visual Aid: Campaign scheduling now includes a visual aid to help customers better understand how their schedule is configured. This is especially helpful for visualizing the reminder delivery schedule, as well as any pre-invite + primary invitation delay scheduling, so that Users can see on exactly which dates the various pieces of the Campaign will be executed.
Unsubscribe/Bounce-Aware Survey Resend: The Resend Survey action is now disabled when a contact has unsubscribed or bounced, with a tooltip explaining why the action is unavailable. This will prevent Users from taking an action that would have failed downstream - and potentially without their realization.
4 Feature Fixes
Surveys

Scheduled Email Reports
Solved an issue where report widgets could fail to load in scheduled email reports even though the same reports displayed data correctly in the platform.
REST APIs
Solved an issue where the Non-response API could return a 500 server error.
