2 New Features
Combined Responses and Non-Responses Export
Teams can now choose whether to export responses, non-responses, or both in a single file, making it easier to analyze outreach coverage, follow-up opportunities, and overall program performance without stitching multiple exports together.
More complete visibility: Users can review answered and unanswered survey activity in one place for a fuller operational view.
More control at export time: The new Surveys Export option makes it easy to choose the output that best fits the analysis.
Less manual work: One export can now support broader reporting and preparation without extra cleanup afterward.
Drivers Contribution Insights in Gaige Chat
Turn driver analysis into a more conversational experience. Gaige Chat can now support questions about driver contribution and NPS impact, helping teams explore what is influencing score performance with greater speed and confidence.
Faster access to insight: Users can ask Gaige Chat about driver contribution without switching into a separate reporting workflow.
Stronger analytical depth: The experience supports primary and secondary driver views, helping teams move from summary to detail more naturally.
8 Feature Improvements
Exports
With a strong focus on speed, clarity, and control, Exports has evolved into a more efficient experience for building, managing, and using mappings at scale.
Select All and Unselect All in Export Mappings: Users can now select or clear all visible fields at once, making mapping setup faster and reducing repetitive clicks.
Grouped Mapping Selection: Export Mapping selectors now separate My Mappings from Other Mappings, making it easier to find the right mapping faster.
Additional Case and Review Fields in Export Mappings: Export Mappings now include Case Assignee, and Case Status, making it easier to bring workflow and reputation context into downstream analysis.
Smarter Export Mappings List Management: The Export Mappings list page now supports search, filtering, and creator visibility where needed, giving users more control over large mapping libraries.
Reporting
Reporting continues to become more adaptable and easier to refine, giving teams more flexibility in how they analyze and segment results.
Loyalty Filter Moved to Additional Settings: Comments and Comments Table widgets now place the Loyalty filter in Additional Settings, making it easier to combine loyalty logic with Report Filters.
Surveys
Survey experiences are now more flexible for global programs and more useful in location-aware use cases.
Latitude and Longitude Support for Pop-Up and Direct Link Surveys: Pop-Up and Direct Link surveys now support dedicated latitude and longitude parameters, making them more useful in location-aware reporting.
Expanded Locale Support: Additional locales are now available across Campaigns, Surveys, and Drivers, making it easier to support broader audiences with greater consistency.
Platform Reliability
Smarter Release Caching: We updated caching behavior for new releases so customers are more likely to receive the latest version immediately, reducing issues caused by stale cached files after deployment.
3 Feature Fixes
Gaige Chat
Solved an issue where a guardrail block could lead to a tool-calling sync problem, preventing the conversation from continuing smoothly after a user rephrased their request.
Branding and Surveys
Solved an issue where uploaded images with a + character in the filename were not rendered correctly in Branding and survey experiences.
Gaige AI Settings
Solved an issue where Gaige AI General Settings could not be edited.
