1 New Feature
New Drivers Contribution widget: A new Drivers Contribution widget is now available in reports.
This widget is a faster and more scalable replacement for the NPS Driver Contribution widget. It stays responsive even when working with large amounts of data.
It also helps users understand results more easily by supporting the “is not” filter condition, and “segments 1 to 5” filter fields, making it simpler to find what is influencing scores.
You can already add this widget to new reports. In a future release, existing NPS Driver Contribution widgets will be updated automatically.
5 Feature Improvements
Reporting
More Responsive Comments Widget: The Comments widget is now more responsive, creating a cleaner and clearer experience in tighter widget layouts.
Gaige Voice Interviews (Gaige AI) The Gaige Voice Interview Agent continues to evolve into a smoother, clearer, and more natural experience for respondents.
More logical “response” capturing: We adjusted the logic such that we must receive at least some audio from the survey respondent in order to consider an AI voice interview completed. Previously, if an interview started and ended without receiving audio, it was still being counted as a “response”.
More Natural Conversation Pacing: We adjusted the speaking timing to reduce premature interruptions, helping respondents finish their thoughts more comfortably.
Better error handling: In the unlikely event of errors or outages of the AI interview survey option, respondents will still be able to go back and complete the survey using the traditional survey form method
Gaige Chat
Browser Tab name alignment: Now that Chats can be renamed, we have updated the Browser Tab header to show that name. Previously, it was still showing the default timestamp, which is how we labeled chats prior to the “rename” feature being introduced.
8 Feature Fixes
Gaige Voice Interviews (Gaige AI)
Worked on an issue where the Voice Interview Agent could ask questions that were not present in the survey, resulting in a more accurate and controlled interview flow. This was the first change of a two-part change to address this. The second change will be released soon to help cover additional scenarios.
Solved issues in the AI Interview experience related to missing translations and UI flickering between speaking and listening states, making the experience smoother and clearer for respondents.
Solved an issue where the Survey Method “Selection Screen” (where respondents can choose between completing a survey via an AI Interview or a traditional Survey Form) was not obeying certain logo/banner settings in the page header.
Exports
Solved an issue where exporting responses did not correctly handle checkbox questions with multiple responses.
Report Dispatch
Solved an issue where Dispatches could be delayed by recipients who did not have access to the report. Dispatch scheduling now skips those users, helping shared recipients receive reports more timely.
Reporting
Solved an issue where the Comments Table reporting widget showed the technical field names instead of the Field Labels configured in Field Settings.
Report Sharing: Solved an issue where users could not add a new recipient to a report’s access list once the report had already been shared with many users. Report sharing is now more reliable at scale, making it easier to keep access permissions up to date.
General Search (multiple features)
Solved an issue in places containing email address searches, such as Workflow Rules or the Unsubscribe/Bounces report, where email addresses containing “+” symbols were not searchable, due to an encoding issue.
