11 Feature Improvements
Account Summaries (Gaige AI)
Our Account Summaries (Gaige AI) has evolved into a more powerful experience, now offering an expanded range of user benefits.
Multiple Account Summaries per account: Users can now create and switch between multiple summaries for the same account, making it easier to view the account from different touchpoints or business units.
On-the-fly date range: Users can now choose a date range when generating an Account Summary, making it easier to answer different business questions; whether you need a quick view of recent changes or a broader trend over time.
On-the-fly filters: Users can pick a saved filter or apply manual filters while creating Account Summaries, so the output fits the audience and purpose immediately (while admins can still define a default to keep things consistent).
Exports
With a strong focus on boosting user efficiency, Exports now offers faster, smoother options to set up and access exports mapping.
Clone Export Mapping: Users can now clone existing Export Mappings and use them as a starting point. This makes setup faster and easier.
Mappings List Order: In the exporting process, Mappings are now ordered based on “my mappings” and then “other mappings”, making it easier for users to find the mappings they own as they will appear on the top of the list.
Gaige Chat (Gaige AI)
More Comments / Responses: Gaige can now return up to the latest 50 individual comments or responses, up from 25.
“Comments contain” search: Gaige can now search comments using a contains condition. This makes it easier to explore specific words or topics in customer feedback.
Gaige Voice Interviews (Gaige AI)
Improved User Experience: We have further enhanced our Voice Interview experience - making it even more smoother and clearer for respondents! Before the interview starts, Gaige guides the respondent to check that their microphone is working. It is also now clearer when the interview is about to begin, when Gaige is speaking, and when the respondent should speak.
Follow-Up Assist (Gaige AI)
Fully On Demand: Follow-Up Assist now comes with an extra setting ‘to run only on demand’ giving customers even more control on when a response recommendation is created. Previously, Follow-Up Suggestions were created automatically for every Detractor score when at least two questions were answered. This setting can be activated on request.
User Groups
Delete User Groups: User Groups can now be deleted. Only groups with no assigned Users can be removed.
Edit User Group Identifier: Administrators can now edit the Identifier of a User Group. This makes setup easier. Only groups with no assigned users can have their Identifier changed.

Reporting
Solved an issue where edited Custom HTML reporting widgets were incorrectly encoded, causing them to be rendered wrongly. Impacted widgets have been repaired.
Exports
Solved an issue where the ‘Language’ field in Responses Exports would use the value from the Contact, rather than the value from the Survey Record.
Gaige Chat
Solved an issue where Gaige was not returning values for the Previous Period Score, Current Period Score, and Score Difference metrics.
Account Summaries (Gaige AI)
Solved an issue where Saved Filters would not apply to summaries being generated.
Surveys
Solved an issue in Pop-Up Surveys and Direct Link Surveys where locale was sometimes not stored.
Solved an issue where the X button on Pop-Up Surveys (to dismiss the pop-up) was not completely within the header view on certain tablets.
Solved an issue in Pop-Up Survey previews where the Branding background color would briefly show. This did not occur on live Pop-Up Surveys.
Workflow Rules
Solved an issue where copy/pasted line breaks in the Email Subject would prevent the email alert from being sent.
