5 Feature Improvements
Follow-up Assist
Drivers Context: We enhanced Gaige with the knowledge of how Drivers questions work/how they are presented in the survey to power more detailed Follow-up suggestions for survey responses that contain Drivers question selections.
Changed to AWS Bedrock: Follow-up Assist now runs on our AWS Bedrock tech stack, moving away from OpenAI, improving operational control and helping ensure a stable foundation as usage scales and the product evolves.
Comment Analysis
Changed to AWS Bedrock: Comment Analysis now runs on our AWS Bedrock tech stack, moving away from OpenAI, improving operational control and helping ensure a stable foundation as usage scales and the product evolves.
Gaige Chat
Clearer helper text: We replaced a helper message that users pointed could be more clear (we don’t actually load texts from PDFs in the application).
Scrolling through previous chats list: We have made the action of scrolling through the list of previous chats more smooth, especially in cases where the list of previous chats is very long.
5 Feature Fixes
Follow-up Assist
Solved an issue where Gaige was sometimes missing the context of the range (1-5, 1-10, 0-10, etc.) that was used in CES, CSAT, or Rating questions when crafting its follow-up suggestions, which could lead to Gaige misinterpreting whether a score was “high” or “low” for questions that use different scales.
Report Dispatch
Solved an issue where in-application announcements mistakenly appeared in Scheduled Email Reports.
Integrations
Solved an issue where failure alert emails would sometimes not be sent.
Survey Suite
Solved an issue where changes to the background color in Branding would not apply, and would revert to the previous color setting.
Solved an issue where 0-10 rating scales that used the “Stars” visualization would not properly highlight certain stars as selected, even when they were clicked.
