4 New Features

[ AI ] Follow-Up Assist: On-Demand

  • We have enhanced the Follow-up assist capability to allow users to generate recommendations on demand for non-Detractor cases in the format of their choice. If the capability is active - the recommendations will be auto generated for all Detractor cases in that system.

 


[ AI ] Gaige Chat: NPS Frequency questions

  • Gaige Chat has been empowered to provide detailed insights regarding the volume of selections for each score within the NPS Scale. This enhancement offers a more granular understanding of your customer’s scores, enabling a more targeted analysis.
    Try it out by asking Gaige “What was the most selected NPS score from surveys sent in 2025?”


Outgoing Webhooks: Deep Links

  • Integrate your CustomerGauge system with your CRM/Datalakes, allowing users to seamlessly navigate to the individual record or account page directly from there.

    • To facilitate this, Survey Response Outgoing Webhooks now include deep links to the survey record’s Account Page, Account Summary, Contact Page, and Survey Record Page.

    • These links are SSO-compatible so users can jump between systems smoothly.


REST APIs: Deep Links

  • The ‘GET Responses’ and ‘GET Non-Responses’ APIs now include deep links to the survey record’s Account Page, Account Summary, Contact Page, and Survey Record Page.

    • These links are SSO-compatible so users can jump between systems smoothly.



4 Feature Improvements

[ AI ] Gaige Chat

  • Expanded the helpful, common questions for New Chat suggestions—great for inspiration and discovering what Gaige can do.

  • Guardrails adjusted so fewer chats get censored too strictly.

  • Gaige can now do more analysis in a single interaction—more thinking steps before answering.


[ AI ] Follow-Up Assist

  • To help manage AI interaction costs, Follow-Up Assist now runs automatically only for Detractor responses.

    • For all other scores or survey types, users can request suggestions on demand (see the new feature above).



4 Feature Fixes

Reporting

  • NPS Combo Chart: now correctly shows the Page Size, and Order settings when Grouped by Segment.

  • Scheduled Email Reports: Fixed an issue where some widgets were cropped in.

  • Solved an issue where the NPS Summary widget when drilled down in Delivered did not properly order the records in specific page sizes.


Survey Suite

  • Pop-Up Surveys: fixed an issue when using multiple pop-up surveys on the same page where Drivers of the first Survey would appear in the second Survey.
