6 Feature Improvements

  • Gaige Chat

    • We have now introduced the ability to expand the Charts created by Gaige. If you would like to see the chart in a larger format, click the icon to see it expanded and in more detail.

    • Looking for inspiration on questions to ask Gaige or how Gaige can help you better? Check out the question suggestions that appear every time you start a new chat for inspiration!

    • Gaige has enhanced itself to provide helpful tips and sometimes a fun loading message during the wait time that Gaige needs to think/pull together your analysis.


  • Exports

    • With the launch of the next generation of Exports, we combined the “Exports” and “Exports 5.0” menus into one option.

      • Click on the Exports menu option to navigate the new version of the exports. From here you are also able to navigate to the previous version.

      • Built on the back of customer feedback and requests, the powerful new version of  Exports supports large volumes of records (80K records at a time), saved filters and mappings for column ordering and repeat exports. The new Exports will replace the current version that is scheduled to retire on 14th Jan 2026.


  • Rest APIs

    • The API Playground experience has been updated to be similar to the other REST API features.


  • Users

    • The success message for resetting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for another user now matches the style of other success messages in the platform.



6 Feature Fixes

  • Gaige Chat

    • Solved an issue where the wrong error message appeared when a Guardrail was triggered.


  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where the NPS Loyalty Movement reporting widget used Sent Date when in ‘Manual Period’ mode.


  • Survey Record Page

    • Solved an issue where going to the Contact Page sometimes did not redirect correctly.

    • Solved an issue where some characters in NPS Comment Translation could look broken.


  • Survey Suite

    • Fixed a rare issue where Pop-Up Surveys showed an error if the network connection dropped while the survey was loading.


  • Imports

    • Solved a problem where External Responses imports failed when the Language field was present without a value.
