Hi there! Some of you may have noticed a small change in our Release Notes format. Namely, that we have moved onto v6, really entering the AI age, with this release being v6.2. As we released our groundbreaking new Gaige AI suite with Gaige Chat in our previous release (more on that here, if you haven’t seen it!), we felt that with this momentous release, it was no longer appropriate to consider ourselves within “v5” of CustomerGauge – er, sorry, CustomerGaige – any longer. Therefore, in tandem with Gaige Chat and CustomerGaige, we are pleased to announce the arrival of v6!
P.S. Don’t worry, all that is changing here is the number we’re publishing with – there are no changes or movements required on our customers’ end related to this. We hope you have been enjoying the benefits of Gaige!
2 New Features
Gaige Chat
Rename Chats: Users can now rename their chats, being able to keep track of their previous chats more easily.
Incoming Webhooks
Incoming Webhooks now have a History of requests. This enables Admin users to see what was sent over in the request body, and in case of failed requests the response from the system is displayed within the response body.
10 Feature Improvements
Gaige Chat
Gaige now understands or has an improved understan600pxding of the following:
questions around loyalty movement metrics
date types supported by CustomerGauge reporting
date formats that it can use to filter the data when requested
the amount of comments/responses it can look at, at once
Additional guardrails have been added, ensuring Gaige stays supportive and professional.
Imports
Delivery Vector is now required for ‘Multi-Object’ and ‘Surveys’ import types. Providing a valid delivery detail (email or phone number) is now also required, depending on the Delivery Vector of the survey record.
Rest APIs
The Request History now displays the API response for failed requests.
Reporting
The widget gallery now has an updated preview image that displays the curved lines for all appropriate widgets.
System Translation
We’ve made small adjustments to the Japanese translation.
We’ve made small adjustments to the German translation.
5 Feature Fixes
Gaige Chat
Solved an issue where the Interactions count was not being displayed for regular Users; it was only being displayed for Admins.
Solved an issue where some users saw a default error message response to questions that Gaige was still capable of answering
Scheduled Email Reports
Solved a persistent issue where reports sometimes did not get rendered correctly, causing certain reporting widgets to overlap each other, or be cut off.
Reporting
Solved an issue where some charts were not displaying lines as curvy lines in newly-added reporting widgets.
Survey Record Page
Solved an issue where the new warning for ‘Re-opening Cases’ appeared when it shouldn’t appear yet.
