We're excited to announce a major performance upgrade behind the scenes at CustomerGauge! Our platform is now capable of using an advanced AI-driven database that dramatically speeds up reporting, enabling you to access your customer insights faster than ever before.

    • Pagination has been added to Saved Filters, helping users navigate large sets of Saved Filters more easily.

  • Survey Record Page

    • Solved an issue where Topics including ampersand (‘&’) characters were being displayed incorrectly.


  • Campaign Suite

    • Solved an issue where the Search would reset after clicking on a campaign name.

    • Solved an issue where the Merge Tag button in SMS campaigns was unresponsive in Safari on iOS.


  • REST APIs

    • Solved an issue in Inbound Mapping that caused section headings to appear in front of field drop-downs.


  • Workflow Rules

    • Solved an issue where the Search was only working on the first page of Workflow Rules.
