2 Feature Improvements

  • Drivers Editor

    • The Drag & Drop functionality from Drivers Editor has been removed, now that Drivers can be ordered within the Survey Suite.


  • System Admin: Field Settings

    • You can now configure the Description of fields in System Admin → Fields, helping both human users and AI alike understand your data structure.


9 Feature Fixes

  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue in the Location Loyalty widget ‘Plan route’ functionality, where the button was sometimes unresponsive, or would give incorrect directions.


  • Survey Suite

    • Solved an issue where moving a secondary driver underneath another secondary driver would cause it to appear before the other.

    • Solved an issue where surveys containing more than 100 questions would not be recorded as a response immediately if more than 100 of the questions were responded to.

    • Solved an issue where icon-based visual scales were sized larger than intended, and aligned their sizing across different scale ranges.

    • Solved an issue where the sub-texts below short icon-based visual scales were not aligned correctly.


  • Integrations

    • Microsoft Dynamics: Solved an issue where the Integration Execution History was not linking to the correct page.

    • Salesforce: Solved an issue when the Failure Alert list contained an inactive user in a very specific order which caused it to fail when adding new users to the list or save changes.

    • Outgoing Webhooks: Solved an issue when the Failure Alert list contained an inactive user in a very specific order which caused it to fail when adding new users to the list or save changes.


  • Academy

    • Solved an issue where users with a User Group assigned to them were briefly unable to access the CustomerGauge Academy from the menu.
