2 New Features

  • In-App survey/Pop-up Survey Controls
    • CustomerGauge has now added no code user controls (inside the CustomerGauge Platform) for the Pop-up Surveys capability, making it easier to control when the pop-up survey should appear. The controls offered are:
      • Frequency: Customers can now configure how frequently the Pop-up Survey should appear for the same user. When enabled, the survey will not be presented for the configured number of days. An entry for the survey gets added to the browser’s “localStorage” to keep track of this.
      • Pop-up delay: Customers can now configure an amount of seconds before the pop-up survey appears. This is useful if you have other areas on your web page that call for attention.
      • Note: These settings can be used without updating the Embed Code, but if a custom implementation for similar behaviour has been implemented already, adjustments around the embed code may be desirable.


  • New API: PATCH Survey Record

    • We’ve introduced a new API that empowers you to enrich or update information on a Survey Record. This API allows you to update any information of the Survey Record that is not Response information (i.e. you can not change the NPS score, comments, or answers).

      • When changing the Touchpoint, Account or Contact associated with the Survey Record, you can only change the Survey Record’s Account or Contact to an existing one.



Feature Improvements

  • Account Page

    • When drilling down on an Account from a reporting widget using the “is not” filter, will now have the “is not” filter applied to the Organizational Hierarchy section.

  • Reporting

    • A new ‘Stack columns’ setting has been added to the NPS Combo widget, allowing you to combine stacked columns with line metrics.

    • A new ‘Stack columns’ setting has been added to the NPS Comparison widget, allowing you to combine stacked columns with line metrics.

    • A new ‘Stack columns’ setting has been added to the Responses Combo widget, allowing you to combine stacked columns with line metrics.

    • The Loyalty Movement reporting widget is now always ordered consistently; When the type is Contact it now follows the order Promoters, Passives, Detractors, and Unknown. When the type is Account or Revenue, it follows the order Safe, At Risk, and Unknown.

  • Imports

    • We’ve removed the ability to drill-down on Failed Records if the Failed Records for that particular Import have expired, and would otherwise not be displayed. Failed records are only stored for 45 days, in accordance with our security standards.

  • Users

    • Administrators can now ‘Grant Direct Access’ to SSO-Only users. Doing so, will send an email to the user to invite them to set up their password. This link will be valid for 24 hours.



Feature Fixes

  • Login

    • Solved an issue where double-clicking the Login button would cause an error, preventing users from logging in.

  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where 1-10 CSAT questions would not show data in ‘Additional Score’ reporting widgets.

    • Solved an issue where the Tags Summary widget metric ‘Comments without topics’ drilldown and export would contain survey records without comments or comments not eligible to be processed by the AI.

  • Users

    • Solved an issue where some ‘SSO & Direct Access’ users incorrectly appeared as ‘Direct Access only’ users.
