Campaign Suite: AI Assisted Writing for Email Campaigns
AI Assisted Writing: When writing or editing Email Campaigns, you can now utilise the Smart Text, Smart Heading, and Smart Buttons generative AI functionalities to fix spelling & grammar, expand, summarize, rephrase texts, or change the tone to make it more friendly or more formal.
Close the Loop Assistant (Gaugie AI)
The Close the Loop Assistant (Gaugie AI) designed to make the lives of teams responsible to close the loop easier, less scary and more efficient has received an advancement! This time, we were focused on assisting organizations with the capability for recommendation personalization & efficiency.
CustomerGauge has introduced the ability for the follow-up recommendations to be tailored to an individual user's needs with interactive functionality.
Users are able to interact with Gaugie AI to direct it to generate follow-up recommendation messages based on their need for that survey record.
A user can view the recommendation and use as-is, or provide Gaugie AI direction to generate the suggestion to be shorter, lengthier, or a different tone to match your organization’s style.
For each survey record, a user can request up to 5 Regenerate follow-up recommendation requests.
In addition, users can also make changes to the Follow-Up recommendation text in the CustomerGauge platform, save it before copying it over to other tools you’re using to close the loop.
User Management: User Groups
In an advancement to User Management, CustomerGauge launches its full set of User Groups capabilities. Designed to bring efficiency to User Access Management, User Groups allow Admins to leverage and control access permissions for multiple users from a single place.
You can now assign User Groups when creating or editing Users, and/or set up group provisioning in your Single Sign-On setup.
You are able to assign a specific user role to all users belonging to that User Group.
You are able to set up data access restrictions based on Division and Segments.
You are able to assign a User Group to new users and also existing users in the user details page.
You can specify an Identifier for the User Group to target it from your Identity Provider.
Survey Suite: Reviews Widget
The Reviews Widget allows you to gather consent to publish the NPS Score and NPS Comment of the respondent on a Reviews Site.
You can leverage this functionality with all your Survey Suite Surveys.
3 Feature Improvements
System Admin - Manage Survey Records: We have expanded the volume of the data that our Bulk Data Edit capability can support for both search and update.
Previously your search needed to bring data under 10,000 records for the edit or delete capability to be possible.
Now you can perform Bulk Edit and Bulk Delete even if your search targets more than 10,000 records.
For example, if your data volumes are, let’s say, 50,000, the system will bring back 10,000 records at a time for your action confirmation.
Outgoing Webhooks
We have added support for the following data fields ‘City’, ‘State’, and ‘Area’ fields in the New Response Outgoing Webhooks capability.
Platform User Messages
We’ve streamlined the user experience for users that end up in features they don’t have access to, ensuring a consistent, understandable, message gets shown to the user.
