7 New Features
Enhanced emailed report format (Report Dispatch)
We have made a big enhancement to the formatting of PDF or PNG emailed reports (Report Dispatch). These now closely match how the reports appear when viewed in the CustomerGauge Platform.
For users who prefer the original ("Classic") format, the "Auto adjust" user profile preference setting remains available, and will deliver reports in the legacy format.
Survey Suite
You can now use Merge Tags within Custom Text widgets, including on the survey "Thank You" page, to display URLs included in your uploaded data. This is ideal for directing customers to personalized external websites or reviews.
New System Languages
To continue expanding support for our global users of CustomerGauge, we have now added four new system languages:
Our updated WhatsApp sign-up process is now available by default, which helps speed up the setup process for customers who have purchased this feature. Contact your Strategic Account Manager if you are interested in adding WhatsApp as a delivery vector to your system!

Survey Suite Enhancements
Data Enrichment: Pop-up and Direct Link Surveys now behave like Multi-ObjectImports, allowing Accounts and Contacts to be enriched with provided parameters. New Accounts and Contacts will have all their fields populated, and existing Accounts and Contacts will have their fields updated, again ensuring consistency with Multi-Object Imports under the same conditions.
Comment Translations: We have switched the translation service to support more languages when translating survey comments into English.
User Manager
Error messages have been improved for clarity, making it easier to identify why saving a user profile might fail.
Removed the button to create new direct access for SSO users, as it was incompatible with our latest SSO updates. An updated version of the direct access feature will be introduced later.
Reporting
Loyalty Movement widget: Updated the color for the "Unknown" category for consistency with other Monetize 5.0 widgets’ color schemes.
Map widgets: Improved CSV and XLS widget export labels to be clearer, more descriptive, and intuitive.
Feedback AI
Adjusted comment analysis criteria to include shorter comments that still contain sufficient detail for potential Topic assignment. This is especially noteworthy for languages capable of conveying more meaning in fewer characters.
System Admin
Removed the outdated Revenue 4.0 card, as all systems have been upgraded to Monetize 5.0 at this point.

User Manager
Fixed an issue with the “Revoke Direct Access” feature not working correctly for certain user types.
Corrected alignment issues for certain sections of the Edit User/My Profile pages.
Reporting
Solved an issue where some reports failed to load, resulting in a gray screen.
Login
Solved an issue where attempting to reset a password would sometimes incorrectly show a “too many requests” error.
