WhatApp Sender Setup - New Embedded Sign-up Flow
CustomerGauge, as a Tech Provider partner of Meta, has integrated the WhatsApp Sender Setup / Sign-up Process to be a seamless experience from within CustomerGauge.
With this new flow, a new WhatsApp Sender can be set up within a few minutes.
User attributes will now consistently update when users log in with SSO. Previously, not all parts of the system were picking up on changes in the attribute values from the Identity Provider (IdP).
Survey Suite
Question titles now support basic formatting, allowing you to emphasize important points while preserving the branding settings of your survey. This ensures clarity and consistency in your design.
Custom Fields are now supported as parameters in Pop-up Surveys and Direct Link Surveys, allowing you to populate these fields with additional information you may need to attach to Survey Records.
The ‘Customer Number’ field is now supported as a parameter in Pop-up Surveys and Direct Link Surveys, allowing you to populate this field in any new Contact created through that survey interaction.

Solved an issue where Survey Record-related imports for some customers with extremely high volumes of segment values in a single segment would time out and remain with the status ‘Processing’.
