1 New Feature

• New in Survey Suite

  • You can now choose widgets to be displayed in the Survey based on the client's answer to one of the 6 types of questions (CES, CSAT, Rating, Checkbox, Radio, or Select Box). This helps your customers to only see questions relevant to them.

3 Feature Improvements

• Campaign Suite

  • Filters are now required when creating and editing campaigns in Campaign Suite.

  • A tooltip showing all the required fields has been added to the Settings step for all campaign types.
    
    

• Outgoing Webhooks

  • Labels have been updated to be more in line with the Incoming Webhooks feature.

  • Solved an issue where the questions with the broken data didn’t merge properly.

  • Solved an issue where the SWOT widget was not displaying the data matching the user’s access restrictions.

  • Solved an issue where some widgets displayed the wrong default colors.
