9 Feature Improvements
Survey Suite
Success messages and Errors are now shown in a toaster notification on the top right corner of the screen.
Campaign Suite
New Duplication Prevention setting has been added to Campaign Suite campaigns. This feature prevents a contact from receiving survey invitations from the same campaign for the amount of days selected.
Workflow Rules
A user will never get more than 1 email alert of the same Alert Type, for the same CG-ID.
The New Response rule that opens a case will be the first rule to be executed.
Added the Merge Tag ‘Assignee’ to New Response Alerts.
Languages
More translations have been added to all supported languages.
Integrations
Resource Owner Password credentials option has been removed from Connected Apps.
PUT Close the Loop API
When a case is Unset the PUT Close the Loop API only allows setting the status to Open now.
Report Hub
The Export function has been removed from older widgets’ drill downs. Data can be exported via the Search function or any updated widget.

Solved an issue where a CES and Additional Comments question could not be added again to the same survey after removing it from the survey.
Solved an issue where the scroll position remained the same when navigating through the survey, moving between pages now moves the scroll position to the top.
