New: Webhooks for Activities

Introducing Webhooks — a super easy way to bring Activities into CustomerGauge from some of the tools you’re already using! With just a few clicks you can start getting Login or Support Ticket Activities into CustomerGauge — it takes less than 5 minutes to set up! Head over to Setup → Integration and click the Webhooks button in the top-right corner.

New SSO

  • Some minor improvements to the new SSO functionality from the last release, including more clear filters and identification of SSO users in the User Manager

  • We have also allowed users who have only ever logged into CustomerGauge by SSO to establish direct access as well

  • Some minor cleanup on the User Interface for the new SSO menu item

  • Only showing login buttons on the login page for SSO configurations that are active

  • Clarified the process of deactivating an SSO user

  • Tweaked the phrasing of the SSO login buttons to say “Log in with…” instead of “Log in using…:”


Reporting

  • We have moved the My Reports to the Report section of the menu! 

  • We added Job Level on the Non Responses widget. It is a great addition to the widget and to help your Account Managers stay on top of their contacts.


Data Admin

  • Field Settings: Made several improvements to the flow of Field Settings. Filters now pull their labels from the Field Settings rather than the other way around.
  • You can now see the Classic label used on your Imports to be able to check your current field labels


Reporting

  • We reduced the size of the cards to select a widget on Report Hub. Now you are able to see the entire name of the widget or data source.

  • We fixed an issue where the on-the-fly filters were not applying on the Case Tracking report.

Surveys

  • We fixed an issue where toggling between survey languages by clicking the “language flag” was not working as expected on anonymous survey links
