[CGS-630] - User Manager now displays the grouping values in alphabetical order
[CGS - 783] - Fixes on the integration update flag feature, if the update flag is not being used it will generate an error everytime a record is pulled. This has been fixed
[CGS- 703] - Microsoft Dynamics integration displays all possible objects, before it only shows the recommended objects
