Direct Replies widget allows you to track the information that relates to direct replies.





Widget notes:

  • The data can be seen by Admin users only.
  • The widget shows data of the last 90 days only.
  • Export everything all data from the last 90 days in CSV format in widget action menu (3 dots).
  • Clicking Download under EMAIL REPLY field will download the file in HTML format.
  • The Download link expires after 30 min, you have to click again to generate a new one.




Adding the Widget:


Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to Miscellaneous or searching for Direct Replies




Additional Settings:



  • Page Size: defines the amount of records per page shown in the table.
