Additional Comments widget can be used to view the comments left by the survey respondent in the additional comment survey question option.
Widget note:
- Choosing an account is mandatory to have information reflected.
Adding the Widget
Add the widget to your report clicking on New Widget and navigating to NPS or searching for Additional Comments.
Additional Settings:
- Question Type setting allows you to choose a particular question you would like to see the information on. Leaving it blank will show no information.
- Page Size: defines the amount of records per page shown in the table.
