The Manage Segments feature provides the ability to Add, Edit and Merge values of a selected segment. This feature can be found navigating to Settings → System Admin → Manage Segments.

Adding a segment value


1. Select a Segment.


2. Click on +Add Segment Value.


3. Type the value you would like to Add.


4. Click on Save.




Editing a segment value


1. Select a Segment.


2. Search for the value you would like to edit.


3. Under Actions click on Edit.


4. Type the new value and click on Save.




Merging a segment value


If the following areas are using one of the segment values you are merging, they might no longer show the correct data and will need to be updated separately. Please check: 
  • Grouping;
  • Report filters/Widget filters;
  • Delivery Manager campaigns/recipient filters;
  • Campaigns filters;
  • Reviews Manager.


1. Select a Segment.


2. Search for the source value you would like to merge.


3. Under Actions click on Merge.


4. Select the destination value and then click on Proceed.


6. All data that belongs to the source value will be transferred to the destination value and the source value will be removed. Please, double check your choices before proceeding, this is an irreversible process.


7. Click on Merge.




Search


Searching for a specific value is very straightforward, just type the value that you're looking for and all matches across all pages will be returned shortly.


The search will look for exact matches within all values, see the example below: 

Search input: John 

Returned results: John Doe 01; PL-John; Johnny.
