Our CustomerGauge - SugarCRM Integration is designed to aid you in your Account Experience™ program. With this integration,
- You can set up integrations to synchronize Accounts and Contacts so that you can identify which of your Accounts to survey first.
- You can then set up any number of Survey Integrations to cover all your touchpoints.
Set up Accounts Sync Integration
Our Account Sync Integration allows you to synchronise any changes that occurred to Accounts in your SugarCRM system on a daily basis. This ensured that your Accounts data in CustomerGauge is always up-to-date with your CRM system. You can benefit from the Account data even without surveying using our Retention reporting - especially if you've also uploaded Revenue!
Set up Contacts Sync Integration
Our Contact Sync Integration allows you to synchronise any changes that occurred to Contacts in your SugarCRM system on a daily basis. This ensured that your Contacts data in CustomerGauge is always up-to-date with your CRM system. You can benefit from your Contacts data in CustomerGauge prior to surveying by identifying which key contacts to survey in each of your Accounts, or sending manual campaigns using our Delivery Manager!
Set up Survey Integrations
Our SugarCRM Survey Integrations combines Accounts and Contacts data already existing in CustomerGauge (for example, due to setting up an Account and Contact Sync in CustomerGauge) with another object of your choice from SugarCRM in order to generate survey invitations to send out. The sending of these generated survey invitations are controlled through our Delivery Manager.
