Before you start setting up your Integration with SugarCRM, you should make sure you have all your requirements available. Setting up an Integration is easy, and shouldn't take more than 30 minutes the first time around.
Requirements
- Setup time: 10-30 minutes per Integration
- Admin access in CustomerGauge
- Admin access in SugarCRM
- A SugarCRM user with sufficient data access that will be used to run the Integration
Recommended Setup in SugarCRM
- In Admin -> System Settings -> Advanced section, ensure that "Validate user IP address" is turned OFF. This will help ensuring that pulls don't get in each other's way.
