You can use this widget to track how quickly you are closing the loop.

You can use this widget to track the number of total or open or progress or closed cases (using a pie chart) for the selected date range. The chart view is grouped by a segment. For example, "Package".

You can use this widget to track the trend (using a stacked column chart) of the percentage of open, progress and closed cases for the selected date range. The chart view is grouped by a Segment value. For example, "Region".

Pro Tips!

  • Object Level: All the above widgets are based on survey respondents (individuals). If you are looking for Account Level information - You will need to use the Segment filter to filter the information for that Account or combination of accounts. 
  • Filtering: The above widgets can be filtered using the Date Ranges and Segment Filters
  • Data Access Restriction is applied on all of the widgets if that is turned on in your system
