NPS (Basic) Reporting Widgets

This article shows an example of the reporting widgets available for NPS in your CustomerGauge Report Hub.

You can use this widget to show the NPS score in a visual manner using a Gauge. Where to find the widget? Data source: NPS Visual:Gauge Widget Settings? Widget specific settings The NPS Gauge widget comes with a Global Access Setting. If the widget is added to a shared report and the setting turned ON, this will allow for example all countries which have access to that report to view the Global NPS vs. theirs. You can use this widget to provide a breakdown on the number of respondents who selected a particular NPS Score and whether they left a comment of not. Where to find the widget? Data source: NPS Visual: Frequency Widget Settings? General Settings Widget name: NPS Frequency | The comment widget give a detailed overview of the comment each respondent left. You can also choose to view the translations if the comment was left in a different language or show addition information about the respondent along with many other settings. The Individual Loyalty Spectrum gives an overview of your customer contacts as individuals, by placing them on an NPS spectrum. You can also segment your results by any of your Segment Values. Pro Tips!
- Object Level: All the above widgets are based on survey respondents (individuals). If you are looking for Account Level information - You will need to use the Segment filter to filter the information for that Account or combination of accounts. Else use the dedicated account widgets!
- Filtering: The above widgets can be filtered using the Date Ranges and Segment Filters
- Data Access Restriction is applied on all of the widgets if that is turned on in your system
- Global Access Setting: The NPS Gauge widget comes with a Global Access Setting. If the widget is added to a shared report and the setting turned ON, this will allow for example all countries which have access to that report to view the Global NPS vs. theirs. It's great for Benchmarking!
