This article shows an example of the basic reporting widgets available for Workflow in your CustomerGauge Report Hub

Workflow Reporting Overview


You can use this widget to show the total number of cases for the selected date range.

You can use this widget to show the total number of cases open for the selected date range.

You can use this widget to show the total number of cases in progress for the selected date range.

You can use this widget to show a summary of all the important workflow metrics in one widget for the selected date range.

This widget allows a user to to see a personalised view of  all the cases cases assigned and still open to himself/herself. Once the case is closed it will disappear from the list.

Pro Tips!

  • Object Level: All the above widgets are based on survey respondents (individuals). If you are looking for Account Level information - You will need to use the Segment filter to filter the information for that Account or combination of accounts. 
  • Filtering: The above widgets can be filtered using the Date Ranges and Segment Filters
  • Data Access Restriction is applied on all of the widgets if that is turned on in your system
