This article shows an example of the reporting widgets available for Driver Diagnostics in your CustomerGauge Report Hub

Driver Diagnostics Overview




You can use this widget to provide any help text for yourself or your users. You can also add logos, images to your report using this widget.

If you'd like to know which Primary Driver is most selected and how many respondents selected that particular driver, you can get a quick overview using this widget.

The tables give a detailed overview of the weight of each Driver. The main chart displays the impact of each main Driver, ranging from the biggest positive impact to the biggest negative impact on the NPS.

Available Widget Specific Settings
Driver Grouping
  • Individual Drivers (Show the results for Promoter, Detractor/Passives separately)
  • Combined Drivers (Show the results for Promoter, Detractor/Passives combined)
Once you have chosen the above you can choose the Display options:
  • Only Primary Drivers
  • Only Secondary Drivers
  • Choose a Specific Primary Driver


You can also choose to filter the information for a specific Loyalty type.


 



Pro Tips!

  • Object Level: All the above widgets are based on Survey Respondents (individuals) except for the Driver Value Reporting Widget which is on the Account Level
  • If you are looking for Account Level information - You will need to use the Segment filter to filter the information for that individual Account or combination of accounts. 
  • Filtering: The above widgets can be filtered using the Date Ranges and Segment Filters
  • Data Access Restriction is applied on all of the widgets if that is turned on in your system



Where to find the Driver Diagnostics Reporting Widgets?

When building out your Driver Reporting, you would want to have a look at the Driver Data Source. The Drivers are a root cause analysis question that is based on the NPS Score that a respondent selects. 



In the Driver Data source, you'll find the following widgets.
