Where to find Text Analytics?

When building out your Text Analytics, you would want to have a look at the Tags data source.
In the Tags data source, you'll find widgets like Table, Tags Summary, Scatter chart, and Sentiment Breakdown.
Don't let the name Tags fool you — each of these widgets is equipped to report on Text Analytics' Topics as well!

Text Analytics Overview

Another great way to report on Text Analytics is by combining them with Drivers, so that you have a multi-dimensional view of how your respondents feel about certain aspects of your business. The following report gives you all that in a nice, screen-sized, overview.

Root Cause Analysis

To find out how each Driver contributes to your NPS, we suggest to add a Loyalty chart. This will display each driver's NPS Loyalties back-to-back, building up to your overall NPS.

Respondents don't just select your drivers; a lot of them type comments as well! To find out how each Topic they write about performs, throw in a Scatter chart, to find out how many times a Topic is mentioned, and what the overall NPS is for that Topic.

Knowing what to improve, or where you excel in, is great, but what's better, is knowing what your high-value customers think you should improve (or excel in!). The Drivers Value widget does just that — it shows you how much revenue is represented by your respondent's opinions.

You now know what your respondents think you should improve, and what they put in their effort for, to write about. By adding the Sentiment Breakdown widget, you can also find out how they feel about the topics they wrote about!
