The CustomerGauge Integration feature comes with functionality that gives you an overview of your successful and unsuccessful integration actions along with relevant information in the Pull History Section. To get to Pull History section you can click on the Total Pulls number.
My Integrations Section
The Pull History page shows the total numbers of records that were uploaded, flagged and pushed back along with the time when the pull operation was executed. Here, you can see both the Completed and Failed attempts on this page.
For more details on a Successful Pull operation you can click on the arrow next to the pull id. The information in the drop-down provided shows the type of object pulled, which fields were pulled and the filter(s) that were used during the operation. Click on the number if you wish to get more details on which records uploaded, flagged and pushed back.

Sometimes the pull, flag or push back operation setup can fail. For example, if the user who setup the the integration does not have enough permission to update the specific field or the field selected to be pulled or updated no longer exists in the CRM system.
You can click the arrow next to the pull id to find details for a Pull operation that failed. In addition to the type of object pulled, fields pulled and the filter(s) that were used, you can also see the reason for the failure (Error Message). Furthermore, you can click on the number of records uploaded, flagged and pushed back to drill into the details.
Failed Pull Operation
If you click the number of records uploaded, you will be redirected to the Data Transport Report. Here you can see how many records are successfully uploaded, emails delivered, opened and clicked among other things. For more information regarding the Data Transport Report, you can visit this page.
If you click on the number of Flag updates, you will be redirected to the Flag History page. In this page, you can see the CRM object id for the records that have been flagged and also the date when the operations were performed.

If there are any records that failed to be updated, you will see the button "Retry failed flag update". Please note that you should only click this button after you've finished troubleshooting the error and believe you have it resolved it.
If you click the "Pushback" number, you will be redirected to the Pushback History page. In this page, you can see the CRM object id for the records that have been pushed back and also the date when the operations were performed.
If there are any records that failed to be updated, you will see the button "Retry Failed Pushback". You can click this button to retry your pushback after you've finished troubleshooting and resolved the error.
The Integration feature allows for you to be notified via email should an error occur in your integration setup. This is especially beneficial for integrations that are automated and running on an hourly/daily/weekly frequency. Please contact your CSM to add email address(es) to the notification list for these emails.
