From various points in the tool you can drill down to a list of customer responses. Some examples - NPS Summary, Drivers, Workflow Summary, Task Details, Case Tracking report as well as the table views in most of our reports which contain clickable numbers. In addition, you can also export the response list.
With your responses list opened click on the Export button. You can export as CSV, XLS ou XML. You can also expand the responses list and change the view mode.
You can change the view mode of the responses list after expanding it. Just click between the table or grid view. Is also possible to search on the table view.
