NPS Overview

 The NPS Overview report can be accessed navigating to Report Hub → By CustomerGauge → NPS Overview. This report provides you an overview of your NPS over time and against other key metrics.


Like all By CustomerGauge reports, you cannot edit it, but you are able to copy the report and edit the copy as you please. To make a copy of the report, simply navigate to the Report Hub and under Actions click on the 3 dots and then Copy.


Although you may not edit the report, you are able to select other group by date settings if you wish to do so. For that, open the report and then click on Filter and then under Grouping settings select the Group dates that you'd like to see.
