1 New Feature
Dedicated AI Consumption Screen
Clearer usage visibility: See how credits are used across all Gaige AI features: Follow-Up Assist, Account Summaries, Gaige Chat, Signal Intelligence, and AI Interviews. Breakdowns by user, user group, division, and country put the highest consumption first, helping teams understand where their AI budget is going. This comprehensive report replaces the previously-available basic counts that were previously shown on the footers of the Gaige Chat and Account Summaries pages.
More consistent reporting: The report opens on the current credit period, makes its date range more prominent, and keeps the AI Consumption tab selected after a refresh. Aligned trend periods, clearer chart labels and tooltips, consistent card heights, and cleaner country groupings make usage easier to compare.
4 Feature Improvements
Microsoft Dynamics Integration
A smoother integration experience: Configure and manage your Microsoft Dynamics integration with clearer guidance at every step. Success and error notifications now provide immediate feedback.
Survey Suite
More relevant NPS questions: Display Conditions now extend to NPS, NPS Drivers and NPS Comment widgets across Campaign, Direct Link and Pop-up Surveys. Show questions based on eligible answers, campaign data or link parameters, depending on the survey type. Hidden questions do not block completion, and their answers are excluded from submitted results. Existing surveys keep the Always Display default; NPS Loyalty conditions are not offered for these three widgets.
Gaige AI
Consistent thinking time: The live response timer and saved thinking time now use the same timing basis, so the displayed duration stays consistent after a page refresh.
One place to check credit usage: AI credit usage information is moved to the new, dedicated AI Usage report. Older AI Interactions totals and tooltips have been removed from Gaige Chat and Account Summaries pages.
5 Feature Fixes
Campaigns and Surveys
Solved an issue where formatting pasted into SMS messages could increase credit consumption. The message editor now uses a plain-text box, with a character count and a multiple SMS credit message warning to help users check usage before sending.
Solved an issue where banner and background images could not be uploaded or loaded in Survey Suite and Campaign Suite on US platforms.
Solved an issue where AI Interviews did not consistently apply the survey’s Display Conditions.
Comment Analysis
Solved an issue where promoting an Emerging Topic did not fully record its associations with the contributing comments.
Solved an issue where a Comment Analysis topic could not be activated.
