4 Feature Improvements
Suggested Topics
More reliable topic discovery: Suggested Topics handles large feedback volumes more reliably, reducing timeouts and unnecessary repeat requests when topic generation takes longer.
Signal Intelligence
Report on the “appropriate” date: Imports can now supply a completion date for Signals, with the same date used for the sent-date reporting field. When no date is supplied, both fields use the import creation date. This keeps reporting aligned with the supplied feedback date while workflow rules continue to run when the upload completes.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Pull Mapping step: The CustomerGauge Fields list in the Pull Mapping step now only displays fields that have not been selected. Choices refresh as mappings change or rows are removed, helping administrators avoid duplicate field selections.
User Management
More control over SSO adoption: Administrators can revoke Direct Access for users who have not yet signed in through SSO, making it easier to facilitate a move to SSO-only access for organizational security or compliance reasons.
5 Feature Fixes
Alerts and Close the Loop
Solved an issue where a New Response Alert configured for negative sentiment could trigger before the response had been classified.
Solved an issue where a case opened and actioned manually during an excluded period, such as a weekend, could reopen when the permitted opening period resumed.
Reporting
Solved an issue where increasing the height of an NPS Gauge widget could cut off or hide its NPS score.
Signal Intelligence
Solved an issue affecting the reliability of Signal Intelligence batch imports.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Solved an issue where editing or revalidating a pull query cleared saved Pull Mapping and Flag Mapping rows. Existing selections and values are retained; mappings that refer to fields removed from the query must be corrected before saving.
