1 New Feature
Dynamics 365 Multi-Object Integration
Bring more of your Dynamics 365 customer data into CustomerGauge with a new multi-object integration. Administrators can control which CRM data is pulled, how it maps to CustomerGauge, and how successfully processed records are marked back in Dynamics 365, all through a guided setup flow.
Connect and configure with confidence: Move through authentication, query validation, field mapping, and activation in a step-by-step wizard. Revisit your configuration without rebuilding it.
Map the data your program needs: Use fields returned by your pull query or fixed values when mapping to CustomerGauge. Duplicate mappings to the same CustomerGauge field are prevented.
Keep track of processed records: Optionally write a static value or the pull date and time in UTC to a Dynamics 365 field after a record is successfully processed.
Includes Signals: Dynamics 365 integrations now support Signals alongside the new multi-object capability.
More flexible pull schedules: Pulls now support 10-minute and weekly frequencies, giving teams more choice over how often their data is retrieved.

Flight Path Reporting
Clearer chart tooltips: Flight Path widget tooltips in Account and Contact pages now displays data in a structured format, making contact and account information easier to interpret.
Campaigns
Custom unsubscribe links: Users can now use Custom Fields and merge tags in custom unsubscribe URLs for email campaigns, making it easier to use recipient-specific URL data without storing it in segmentation fields. To activate Custom Unsubscribe Links in your system, please contact your Account Services (AS) representative or our support desk.
Custom Fields in your Campaign Templates: Users can now add Custom Fields merge tags to templates for Email and SMS campaigns.
Currency Support
Czech koruna: CustomerGauge now supports the Czech koruna (CZK, Kč), giving teams another supported currency for their reporting needs.

Surveys
Solved an issue where a Direct Link survey showed a previous Contact ID instead of the value passed in the survey link.
Reporting
Solved an issue where the Location Loyalty widget displayed access-blocked tiles instead of the map background, preventing users from seeing locations in their geographic context.
Feature Retirement
Dynamics 365 Activities: Activities have been removed from Dynamics 365 integrations.
