Custom Unsubscribe Links
Give email campaigns the unsubscribe experience that fits your audience. Admins can now choose a custom destination independently for each campaign, making it easier to connect survey communications with your own unsubscribe journey.
Choose a static URL or personalize the destination with existing merge tags.
The custom URL will be present in the Email communications and Surveys derived from the campaign with the setting enabled.
Please note: that this feature is not enabled by default. To activate it in your system, please contact your Account Services (AS) representative or our support desk.
Survey Link QR Codes
Share Personal Link surveys in physical settings with QR codes.
The Non-Responses widget now includes a button that generates a QR code with the survey link, which you can easily download as a PNG or SVG.

Gaige Chat
Clearer activity and applied filters: Chats now have a Reasoning panel that can be expanded to review response activity, tool calls, the date, data, and question filters used. The collapsed panel summarizes elapsed time and activity, making it easier to understand the scope behind an answer. Historical messages created before this change do not include these details.
Flight Path
More context in workflow notifications: New Response Workflow Rules can now include Previous NPS Score, Previous NPS Loyalty, Contact Flight Path, and Account Flight Path statuses via merge tags. Teams can see loyalty movement directly in notifications, with values respecting user and group data access restrictions.
Filters that follow your analysis: Flight Path drill-down filters now carry through to the Account page. Users can also adjust filters on the Account Overview tab.
Reporting
More readable comments: The Comments widget now preserves original line breaks and clearly displays when there’s a missing comment or missing translation, helping users understand what feedback is available.
Language and Localization
Brazilian Portuguese refinements: Improved Brazilian Portuguese translations for Merge Tags and Assignee terminology to make these labels clearer.

Reporting
Solved an issue where reporting widgets and their drill-downs showed different response counts with identical date filters when completed timestamps fell near the selected date boundaries. This affected the NPS Summary and Responses Table widgets.
Signals
Solved an issue where Signals using an Output Structure without an NPS question could show an incorrect preview and fail to save.
Solved an issue where uploading an unsupported file did not display an error message in Signal.
Workflows
Solved an issue where Close the Loop cases could fail to open because the workflow could not find the corresponding survey record.
Imports and File Uploads
Solved an issue where Campaign Preview could miss a matching campaign when matching values came from static values in the import mappings. Preview now accounts for the default en_GB locale when none is supplied and identifies when a matching campaign does not have the required locale configured.
Gaige Chat
Solved an issue where prompt cards with suggestions were not fully translated into several languages.
Question Library
Solved an issue where a button icon was missing in the Question Library.
