CustomerGauge v6.22 Release Notes - Released 12 August 2026

4 Feature Improvements

Account List Widget

  • Average NPS at account level: The Account List widget now includes an Avg. NPS column, helping users compare account-level sentiment directly in the list. The metric uses valid NPS responses and returns no value when a period has no qualifying responses.

Localized Experiences

Localization is now more consistent across prompt creation, signals, and day-to-day language settings, helping global teams keep the interface and generated content aligned with their selections.

  • More precise non-English prompts: The ‘Help me write a prompt’ aid in Gaige Chat now translates only the expected, necessary values, preserving any customer-specific labels, filters, segments, and other choices that were already otherwise localized.

  • Language changes apply immediately: When users save a new system display language, the interface now updates without requiring a logout or a new session, making the change faster and clearer. The change will take effect with the next page load.

  • Enhanced Signal Intelligence validation errors and suggested locale values: The “New Signal” Flow under the Gaige menu now shows more clear error messages on the final “Edit & add field values” step, as well as added protections to ensure only validly-formatted values are suggested.
