Resend Survey - prevent feedback opportunities from slipping away
When customers say, “I didn’t get the survey” your team now has a fast, seamless way to recover that feedback opportunity. Our latest Resend Survey feature allows users to quickly resend survey invitations to customers who may have missed or never received the original invite - helping improve response rates and capture valuable customer insights.
Teams can instantly resend survey invitations directly from the survey record page, without recreating campaigns or contacting support.
Resends are delivered through the original survey channel, including Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
Users can click the option in the platform (Survey Record page) to trigger a resend for the required customer
Built-in confirmation prompts and resend limits help prevent accidental or excessive sends, while smart eligibility rules ensure the resend option is only available for appropriate non-respondents - keeping workflows intuitive and reducing user confusion.

Expanded Global Survey Language Coverage We continue to evolve for global programs, with expanded language support for a more seamless international experience.
Expanded Surveying Language Support: Supported languages have now been expanded to more than 400 locales worldwide - doubling coverage from the previous 200 supported locales. This significant expansion enables organizations to deliver more localized and consistent customer experiences across global programs at scale. New locale support is now available across Campaigns, Surveys, Drivers, and survey form experiences, making it substantially easier to configure and manage multilingual programs with greater consistency across regions, business units, and customer touchpoints.
Cleaner Survey Locale Selector: Survey locale dropdowns now show simpler language names when country disambiguation is not needed, making the respondent experience cleaner and easier to scan.
Case Assignment Alerts now in user preferred language
We’ve updated our assigned case email notifications to support localization, ensuring users receive alerts in their preferred language when a case is assigned from the platform. This enhancement helps users quickly understand the case context and required actions, improving response times and creating a more seamless case management experience.
13 Feature Improvements
Exports
Data Exports continue to become easier to manage at scale, with improvements that reduce setup effort, improve field clarity, and support larger mapping libraries.
Ordered Export Mapping Fields: Export Mapping fields now appear in a more intuitive order, with general fields sorted alphabetically and driver fields matching the order configured in the Drivers Editor.
Infinite Loading for Export Mapping Selection: Export Mapping dropdowns now load mappings progressively, making large mapping libraries easier to browse without slowing the setup flow.
Gaige Voice Interviews
Gaige Voice Interviews is now more resilient and optimized for a smoother respondent experience across a wide range of browsers, devices, and network conditions. The latest enhancements increase interview completion reliability, reduce technical disruptions, and strengthen the interview experience.
Microphone Sound Check Before Interviews: Respondents now get a microphone sound test before an AI Interview starts, making it easier to catch audio issues before the conversation begins.
Improved Edge Browser Handling: The AI Interview experience now handles restrictive Microsoft Edge browser settings more gracefully, helping affected respondents recover or continue through the survey form when needed.
Expanded Anonymization Coverage: The Anonymize Contact API now supports removal of AI Interview recordings and transcripts, strengthening privacy controls for interview data.
Gaige AI
Gaige AI has been upgraded from Claude Sonnet 4 to Claude Sonnet 4.6 across key AI-powered capabilities. This upgrade delivers more dependable reasoning at enterprise scale, enabling smarter insights, stronger handling of complex CX and NPS analysis, and greater accuracy across long-context interactions.
Updated Gaige Chat Model Foundation: Gaige Chat now runs on Claude Sonnet 4.6, strengthening the experience for customers who rely on fast, high-quality conversational analysis.

Gaige Chat
Gaige Chat continues to move toward deeper reporting parity and more practical customer-facing analysis, while reducing unnecessary friction in valid prompts.
Refined Prompt Guardrail Sensitivity: Guardrail sensitivity has been refined to reduce interruptions for legitimate analytical and business-focused requests while maintaining strong protection against unsafe or malicious prompt behavior. This adjustment enables smoother user interactions, improves response continuity for complex interactions, and minimizes false-positive blocks without compromising overall security controls.
Campaign Suite
The ‘Send First Reminder After (Days)’ and ‘Send Secondary Reminder After (Days)’ settings in Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns have been relabeled to ‘First reminder delay’ and ‘Second reminder delay’ to avoid confusion.
User Management
User Detail Hovering: Admins can now hover over user details in the Users list to read the full text for details that don’t fit in the table column.
Usage and Package Management
More Accurate Survey Usage Counts: Survey Builder surveys are now excluded from Survey Suite usage counts where relevant, avoiding confusion, and reducing duplicate counting for billing-sensitive customers.
System-wide Update
Icons Upgrade: Icons across the platform have been refreshed with a more modern, cohesive visual style for an improved user experience.
