1 New Feature

  • Survey Record Page
    • Hide Empty Fields: In the Survey Overview section, you can now choose to show all fields or only fields with values. By default, only fields with values are shown, so pages are cleaner and faster to read.

 


8 Feature Improvements

  • Follow-up Assist (Gaige AI)
    • Admin-configurable instructions: Admins can now add extra guidance for Follow-Up Assist, so AI suggestions better match your company tone, rules, and customer experience standards. This helps teams spend less time editing responses and more time replying with confidence.



  • AI Voice Interviews
    • The silence (no talking) timeout when initiating an AI Interview has been increased to 60 seconds, up from 10. This gives more time for slower network connections, helping interviews start more reliably.

      • Note: the silence timeout for silence mid-interview (after an interview has already been initiated) remains at 2 minutes (120 seconds), as previously. 

    • Background noise should now have much less impact on interviews, improving call quality and reducing interruptions.

    • For NPS surveys containing the Drivers question, we’ve updated the process by which Drivers are identified and collected via the AI interviews, helping make Driver selections more accurate and reliable. 


  • Password
    • The minimum password length has been increased when creating or updating a password, improving security.


  • Export Mappings
    • ID information is now included for Drivers, Questions, Tags, and Topics when creating or editing an Export Mapping, making mappings easier to manage.


  • Field Settings
    • The character limit for Field Descriptions has been increased from 250 to 1,000 characters, giving admins more room to add useful context and guidance.


  • Single Sign-On
    • IdP-managed Segment Access Restrictions now always update when a user logs in. This ensures the latest identity provider information is used, helping access stay accurate and secure.



5 Feature Fixes

  • Gaige Chat
    • Fixed an issue where Gaige Chat could be blocked by guardrails when asked to analyze survey comments which happened to contain profanity or insults.


  • PUT Personal Link
    • Solved an issue where the PUT Personal Link API returned a 404 error when being requested via Proxy.


  • Integration Failure Alert Email
    • Solved an issue where the Failure Alert Email for Bounces redirected to an unsupported address.


  • Scheduled Email Reports
    • Solved a rare issue where some widgets would cause the Scheduled Email Report alignment to break.


  • Survey Record Page
    • Solved an issue where survey responses without drivers could not be accessed.
