5 Feature Improvements
Gaige Chat (Gaige AI)
With the aim to provide more detailed and targeted segmentation information as part of the analysis, we have made further enhancements to the way that Gaige Chat understands and interacts with segment filters when doing analysis. Now Gaige can more easily and reliably find requested segment filters with less “back-and-forth” (e.g. Country = United States or Account Manage = John Doe)
Account Summaries (Gaige AI)
The Account Summaries generated by Gaige AI have been given even more power boost with an underlying model upgrade. Leverage this capability to get a quick AI generated summary about a particular account. Ideal for prepping for a business review or a customer plan.
Pop-up Surveys / In Application Surveys
To ensure that our pop-up surveys continue to drive actionable feedback for our customers, we’ve made some optimizations to the y-margin of the Pop-Up Survey container to make them even more user friendly to take the survey when embedded in mobile applications.
Exports
We have re-introduced the ability to export concatenate drivers, and topics and tags from the same column, similar to the now-retired Exports Engine. Customers that need this format activated in their system can request this to be enabled through their Account Manager or Account Services Manager or the Support Desk.
Data Administration
Merging questions is now much easier! You can quickly identify questions by their Question IDs while merging Questions.

Reports
Solved an issue where editing the Additional Questions Trend widget could cause an error that would prevent the report from being editable.
Solved an issue where widgets did not get rendered completely, or got cut off by a page break in PDF attachments.
Solved an issue where certain reporting widgets appeared as “No data available” in PDF and PNG attachments despite the report containing data in the platform.
Solved an issue where the Custom HTML widget was not allowing images to be uploaded in US and AU regions.
Follow-Up Assist
Solved an issue where PII/BII redaction would redact the NPS Score in some rare cases.
Account Summaries
Solved an issue where applying certain Saved Filters would prevent Account Summaries from being generated.
Exports
Solved an issue where blank entries appeared in the list of Questions in Export Mappings
Solved an issue where Exports with a substantial amount of columns would fail to be exported.

The v4 Export Engine feature has now been retired, and removed from customer systems. Customers can now use Exports for all their extraction needs!
