3 New Features
Gaige Chat
In this next big evolution, Gaige is now powered to assist customers with analysis that covers customer touchpoints that use metrics such as Satisfaction (CSAT), Effort Score (CES) and Rating Questions as part of their overall customer experience program. Ask Gaige to get you faster, clearer insights for a specific survey question under each of these metrics without needing to build complex reports.
Gaige can assist with:
Frequency of responses you have for each score.
Track how performance changes over time.
Compare results by customer segmentation (for example: country, product, or customer group).
Survey Suite
Survey invitation expiration: When a customer is surveyed multiple times a year, it is possible that they can sometimes complete an older survey link by mistake. In order to prevent this, admins can now choose how many days a Campaign Survey invitation stays active (based on the first send date) for an individual recipient. This can be set per survey.
This capability helps:
Improve data quality by avoiding very late responses.
Mitigate customers responding to older non response survey links.
Keep response windows under control.
Have more flexibility for different customer journeys and touchpoints.
Further enhancing our Single Sign-On User Management setup, customers using Single Sign-On (SSO) can control if Admins are allowed to create Direct Access Users or not. This allows organizations to facilitate stronger access control and better security governance for SSO users.
This setting:
Is only available for customers with a completed SSO setup;
Can be enabled by contacting Support or your Account Manager.
4 Feature Improvements
Gaige Chat
We’ve further powered Gaige’s knowledge of your system’s fields and field values with context to help it better and more consistently be able to respond to questions that request various levels of filtering based on those fields.
User Management
When an Admin creates a new user, the default User Group, Division, and Segment Access will now match the Admin’s own settings for each.
This enables admins to:
Avoid accidentally giving new users more access than the Admin intended, or otherwise incorrect access settings
Save time by using smart defaults instead of starting from scratch
Country names in the system have been updated to use modern, widely-accepted spellings and naming, making it easier for global teams to recognize and select countries
REST APIs
The PUT Anonymize Contact API now also anonymizes:
The name on published reviews.
The comment on published reviews.
This applies to reviews shown on Review Sites, helping with:
Better privacy protection for your customers.
Support compliance with data protection rules (such as GDPR).
2 Feature Fixes
Gaige Chat
We solved an issue where Gaige sometimes used an old date/time instead of the current one.
Sometimes messages are blocked by safety rules (also called “guard rails”). Previously, these blocked messages could stop the chat from continuing. Now:
Messages that trigger a safety rule are no longer kept in the chat history
You can continue chatting with Gaige normally after such a message
