Exports - Close the Loop History
Based on popular customer requests - CustomerGauge has expanded our exporting capability to offer a standalone capability to allow users to Export Close-the-Loop History for multiple survey records at once!
Close-the-Loop History Exports contain information such as Status changes, Workflow notes, and changing Assignee, along with Segment information tied to the Survey Records.
This new capability enables in-depth analysis on close-the-loop actions and team guidance, outside of CustomerGauge.
This new capability can be found under Data → Exports 5.0
Relationship AI: Privacy Settings
Privacy Settings have been added for Relationship AI.
Customers can now choose to redact, or not redact, personal identifiable information and/or business identifiable information.
User Login - Audit Tracking & History
System Administrators can now view the success or failure of users logging into CustomerGauge with clear messages in Login History.
Be it a successful login or incorrect attempt, this will now help administrators quickly spot and assist their users with login problems. A small change with big impact!

Relationship AI
Account Summaries now have an Applied Filters section that tells users when the summary was generated, which date range it covers, and which filters, if any, were applied to generate the summary.

Reporting
Solved a typo where the word “is” was missing in applied filters information.
Solved an issue where Data Filters were not being applied correctly on the Reviews Table widget.
Solved an issue where exports from the NPS Lifecycle would sometimes get stuck.
Survey Suite
Solved an issue where saving a new survey multiple times without reloading would create new copies of that survey.
Feature Retirements
We’ve sunset several legacy features.
Delivery Manager - this feature has been replaced by Campaign Suite.
Survey Builder - this feature has been replaced by Survey Suite.
4.0 In-App Upload - this feature has been replaced by Imports.
Salesforce 4.0 Integration - This feature has been replaced by Salesforce Integration (formerly known as ‘Salesforce Native 5.0 Integration’).
Digital Signage - There is currently no direct replacement.
