Reporting
Response Metrics: We have enhanced our reporting offering to allow our users to drill-down to the underlying data for our newly expanded Response metrics. Users can now easily understand which of their customers fall in each of the buckets, export the data and focus on addressing improvements to their program. The metrics are:
Unique Accounts
Unique Contacts
Unique Respondents
Comments
Responses with Drivers
Response Quality Index
NPS Comparison Chart: You can now drill-down on the recently introduced NPS Comparison reporting widget.
Survey Suite
Surveys on mobile devices or smaller viewports have had a few visual improvements, with reduced margins, allowing more space for the survey content.
To further maximize the space for survey content on smaller viewports, you now also have the option to remove the header from the survey by setting the header width in the Branding to 0%.
Close-the-Loop AI
Your AI assistant now writes follow-up suggestions in the same language your customer used more consistently. This makes follow-ups easier and more personal.

Contact Page
Solved an issue where the Contact Page sometimes showed a grey screen when accessed in the German system language.
Solved an issue where Unsubscribing from the Contact Page was not available for access-restricted Admins.
Reporting
Solved an issue where table widgets were showing the Y-axis setting.
Solved an issue where negative NPS ranges did not get displayed on the Y-axis correctly in some cases.
Solved an issue where the NPS Table widget could cover up or obscure other widgets in Scheduled Email Reports.
Solved an issue where the recently released Comments Table widget exported data across all time, rather than applying the configured date range.
Personal Link Campaigns
Solved an issue where creating new Personal Link Campaigns would result in a Server Error.

Solved an issue where the Option Translations would show duplicate input boxes when creating or editing Survey Suite Questions.
Workflow Rules
Solved an issue where the Division hierarchy filter would show in the Data Conditions, making it look like Workflow Rules filter Division hierarchically, and would prevent the ability to apply multiple division values for the same Workflow Rule.
System Settings: Field Settings
Solved an issue that prevented System Admins from adding new fields.
