1 New Feature

  • Tailored Reporting with new chart widgets setting

    • Controlling the Y-axis range is now supported by chart widgets. This new setting allows you to control how the Y-axis behaves on the chart:

      • Smart: The Y-axis adapts based on the metric:

        • For percentages, the Y-axis will be fixed to a range of 0 to 100.

        • For absolute numbers, the Y-axis will be fixed to a range based on the minimum and the maximum values in the series.

        • For NPS Scores, the Y-axis will be fixed to a range of -100 to 100 if the data in the series contains both negative and positive values.
          It will be fixed to a range of 0 to 100 if the data only contains positive values, and it will be fixed to a range of -100 to 0 if the data only contains negative values.

      • Dynamic: Automatically scales the Y-axis based on the minimum and maximum values of the series.

      • -100 to 100: Fixes the Y-axis to a range of -100 to 100. This option is only available for NPS widgets.




4 Feature Improvements

  • Survey Record Page

    • Made several UI/UX improvements to the Comment widget on the Survey Record Page. The widget now scales according to the comment size, and additional vertical spacing has been added between Topics and Tags.


  • Scheduled Email Reports

    • Made several improvements to the NPS Lifecycle widget when it’s used in a Scheduled Email Report.


  • Survey Suite

    • Javascript Events have been added to Direct Link Surveys, enabling users embedding Direct Link Surveys to take programmatic actions when the survey is loaded or finished.


  • Users

    • The pop-up to select the Direct Access or Single Sign-On login method when creating a new User no longer appears if Single Sign-On is not configured on the platform.



3 Feature Fixes

  • Reporting

    • Resolved an issue where the page size setting in the Delivery Summary reporting widget was not being applied.


  • Scheduled Email Reports

    • Resolved an issue where Scheduled Email Reports occasionally included unnecessary blank pages in PDF format.


  • Survey Record Page

    • Resolved an issue where the Comment widget in the Survey Record Page sometimes returned a Server Error.
