New Automated Pre-invite Email
The Email delivery vector now allows you to create templates for introductory emails and automatically send them before primary invitations when enabled. This new setting is located in the Sending step when creating or editing a campaign.

New Primary Invitation Interval
Delay the sending of primary invitations by a set amount after upload: 1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days. This new setting is located in the Sending step when creating or editing a campaign.
New Questions tab
The Questions tab lists all questions created in the Survey Suite. From here System Admins and Question Owners can also edit the Questions. Learn more about the capabilities of the Questions tab.
New Follow Up Details
The Follow Up widget now has the option to Request Follow Up Details, allowing you to gather contact information you might be missing in order to close the loop.
New Question type: CSAT
The Customer Satisfaction question is now available in the Survey Suite, enabling you to use the Survey Suite for your transactional needs.
New Question type: Rating
The Rating question type is now available in the Survey Suite, allowing you to ask any Rating question that doesn’t fit the NPS, CES, or CSAT methodologies.
The System Admin Duplication rule information now gets displayed in the Campaign Suite
Partial Completes now also apply to Survey Suite surveys. If the Partial Completes setting is turned on in your system, it will now also apply to Survey Suite surveys.

Data Access Restriction based on Segments now also accepts an array of values, allowing Data Access Restrictions based on multiple values.
