4 Feature Improvements

  • Tags Management

    • Tags has found a new home in System Admin → Data Administration. This allows system administrators to manage the Tags assigned to Responses.

  • Workflow Rules

    • Workflow Rules now assign cases only to activated users.

  • Imports

    • All data types now support Static Values in their Import Configurations.

    • Fields Mapping in Import Configurations are now case insensitive.

  • Reporting

    • Solved an issue where reporting widgets could no longer be dragged around.

    • Solved an issue where the Additional Score Trend would malfunction.

    • Solved an issue when hovering on the Organisation Chart on the Account Page.

    • Solved an issue where the drill-down on Reviews widgets wouldn’t work.

    • Solved an issue where report editing didn’t function well on certain iPad versions.

  • Workflow Rules

    • Solved an issue where the Workflow Rules would not trigger when the filter field was Touchpoint.

    • Solved an issue where the Workflow Rules would not trigger when the filter field was Status.

  • Imports

    • Solved an issue where Email and Phone appeared as options in Surveys Import Configurations.

  • Surveys

    • Solved a rare issue where the Follow-up question would prevent the survey from being completed.

  • Drivers Editor

    • Solved an issue where the tooltip of a driver would display incorrectly.
