Close the Loop Widgets


We have released three improved Close the Loop widgets that now carry the new KPI Summary information (by Loyalty) and "If Not" Segment Filter Criteria . 


All the below widgets are now available as part of your CustomerGauge reporting. To add them to your reports, please go to the Close the Loop data source to add these widgets to your reports.

Users can now create Reports in CustomerGauge


User Level Role Access now has the possibility to create reports in CustomerGauge! Admins can choose if they would like to give their user level roles the permission to create reports under the Report Permissions bucket.





Admin Control - Report Permissions

  • We have released a Report Permission Section in the Data Admin that now allows Admins to enable the Personalised Dashboards and User roles to create reports. Click here to view the support article.







Report Hub

  • Users can now also create Reports. Ask your Admin to enable this feature! For more information, click here!

  • The Reports on Report Hub are now ordered alphabetically!


Close the Loop widgets

  • Added new metrics on Close the Loop drill down. Now you can see the average hours taken to Follow up and Close a Case for each response and per Assignee!




Customer Page

  • Solved an issue where the the clock on the Close the Loop widget would go blank if the status was changed from Closed to In Progress
