NEW Field Settings on Data Admin
With this release customers can now set up their own reporting filter list and labels from inside the CG platform. Read more about it here.
NEW Close the Loop Summary Widget
Released a new Close the Loop widget in order to expand our Close the Loop/Workflow reporting capabilities. The New Close the Loop Summary widget which helps you have an overview of the statuses of your workflow cases and if your team is meeting their KPI comes the new enhancement of filtering the information by loyalty. NEW KPI Summary Widget
Introduced a new widget - KPI Summary, in order to expand and grow our Close the Loop/Workflow reporting capabilities.
With this widget, you can track the number of cases where the KPI was achieved vs. the number of cases where the KPI was missed as well as the average hours taken to Follow up and Close cases. Read more about the widget here.
