[CGS-1984] Added ordering settings to the Table visualisation in the NPS data source when grouped by Segment, allowing you to choose what to order your rows by. [CGS-1995] Added drill-downs (clickable numbers) to the reports found in the "By CustomerGauge" section.

Improvements
[CGS-1836] We now display the survey page and Question ID in question filters for CES/CSAT/Additional Rating/Additional Question widgets.
[CGS-1994] Fixed an issue that prevented certain reports to load properly.
